Exchanges and returns
1. The exchange or return process is handled on a case-by-case basis by The West Fashion. The request must be sent in writing to info@westmister.pt within 15 days of the order being placed, and the instructions for exchanging or returning the goods will be answered and defined by The West Fashion by the same means of communication.
2. Whenever possible, the return should be made by the same means of payment, but if this is not possible, the user must provide proof of payment and proof of account or card ownership in order for the return to be made by Bank Transfer.
3. The West Fashion undertakes to reimburse the User within a maximum of 15 days.
4. Returned products must be in perfect saleable condition, i.e. in the same state in which they arrived in the hands of the User, without any anomaly, use or damage.
5. If the value resulting from the exchange of products of an order is lower or higher than the initial value of the order, the conditions of settlement will be indicated by The West Fashion.
