The exchange or return process is handled on a case-by-case basis by The West Fashion. The request must be sent in writing to info@westmister.pt within 15 days of the order being placed, and the instructions for exchanging or returning the goods will be answered and defined by The West Fashion by the same means of communication. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-436ad0c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"436ad0c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>2. Whenever possible, the return should be made by the same means of payment, but if this is not possible, the user must provide proof of payment and proof of account or card ownership in order for the return to be made by Bank Transfer.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-01a8da1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"01a8da1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>3.
